Islamabad – The auction of commercial plots under the administration of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) continued successfully on its second day. So far, commercial plots across 12 different categories have been auctioned for a total of over Rs. 16.82 billion. On the second day of the auction, a large number of investors participated and secured their preferred plots through bidding. On second day, 5 plots of Class III shopping centers located in various sectors were sold for Rs. 1.13 billion.
The auction of commercial plots organized by the CDA will continue until February 28 at the Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad. The ready-to-use commercial shops in the Blue Area Parking Plaza will be offered for auction on February 28, 2025, Friday.
According to details, on the second day of the auction, Plot No. 4-A of the Farooqia Market Class III Shopping Center in Sector F-6/1 was auctioned for Rs. 31.03 crore, Plot No. 1-A of Bazaar No. 9 in Sector G-9/3 was sold for Rs. 16.399 crore, Plot No. 6-B of Bazaar No. 8 in Sector G-9/2 was sold for Rs. 16.399 crore, and Plot No. 6-A of Bazaar No. 2 in Sector G-9/2 was auctioned for Rs. 16.399 crore. Similarly, Plot No. 4 in Bazaar No. 2 of Sector G-10/2 was sold for Rs. 32.532 crore. Thus, on the second day of the auction, 5 plots were sold for over Rs. 1.13 billion.
During the four-day public auction, commercial plots in Blue Area, commercial centers, industrial zones, apartments, and Park Enclave are being offered for investment. Additionally, shops in Blue Area parking plazas, along with Class III shopping centers, are also being auctioned.
