The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has scheduled an open auction for commercial plots at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad, from February 25 to 28, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM daily.
A diverse range of commercial properties will be available, including Markaz, industrial and apartment plots, Park Enclave, Class-III shopping centers, constructed shops in Blue Area parking plazas, and commercial plots in Blue Area.
To attract investors, CDA has introduced several incentives, such as a 5% rebate on payments made in U.S. dollars, a 10% discount for full payments within a month, and approval of building plans upon a 25% initial payment. Investors will also benefit from waived site and marketing office charges during the construction period and a flexible two-year installment plan for the remaining amount. Plot possession will be granted after 75% payment, backed by a valid bank guarantee.
Auction brochures will be available at the CDA Facilitation Center and Directorate of Estate Management II from February 14, 2025. They can also be downloaded from the CDA website: www.cda.gov.pk.
