The move aims to enhance recreational facilities for residents and improve the quality of life in the city.

According to sources, the CDA has already developed 37 public parks in the federal capital over the last decade and is working on a policy to increase their number in the coming years.

“We need three to four months to develop a new park after completion of the formalities,” official sources informed the press.

The development of new parks aligns with the authority’s vision to create green spaces and improve the city’s aesthetic appeal.

The CDA is currently developing several new sectors, including I-11, I-12, I-14, I-15, I-16, D-12, and Park Enclave. Model villages and parks are also being developed in these areas.

The completion of these areas will provide additional opportunities for park development to meet the demand and requirements of the general public, as per the CDA-approved layout plan.
