CDA to approve development projects worth Rs15.53bn next week

ISLAMABAD: Capital Development Authority (CDA) is intending to approve PC-1 of eleven development projects in the upcoming meeting of CDA’s Development Working Party (CDA-DWP).

According to the details, the projects include the construction of PC-1 of car parking spaces in the major commercial areas of Islamabad at the cost of Rs4bn in the next two years.

Similarly, PC-1 of Rs57.40mn will also be approved for the rainwater harvesting system and installation of 20 piezometers. 100 inverted wells will also be constructed under the PC-1.

Furthermore, the PC-1 for revamping work in Sector D-12 at the cost of Rs1.685bn is also amongst the projects awaiting approval in the upcoming meeting.

For enhancing the traffic flow, PC-1 for Grade separated arrangement at 11th Avenue with Khayaban-e-Iqbal will also be approved.
