ISLAMABAD: An anti-encroachment operation was conducted by the Enforcement Wing and Land Directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Sector C-16 to eradicate illegal constructions, encroachments, and unauthorized Afghan settlements.
The aim is to preserve the city’s aesthetic appeal and restore the sector’s cleanliness.
The successful execution of the operation has sent a strong message to those engaging in illegal activities.
CDA Chairman Noor Ul Amin Mengal directed the operation in Sector C-16, which was carried out with the assistance of the district administration, Islamabad police officials, and CDA staff.
The operation was launched with the objective of eliminating illegal constructions, encroachments, and unauthorized Afghan settlements in the area.
Furthermore, a joint team was established to conduct surveys across various areas in Islamabad during the Eid ul-Fitr holidays, with the purpose of identifying and marking any encroachments or illegal constructions.
