To improve financial management, the board approved the appointment of a Director of Finance for CDA Hospital and decided to implement the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) accounting system to align financial practices with government standards. Additionally, a rate-running contract was sanctioned to ensure a continuous supply of medical kits for the Health Services Wing.

The meeting also addressed asset management and revenue generation. The lease for a petrol pump in Sector F-6 was significantly increased from PKR 292,000 to PKR 4.5 million per month, with an annual 10% increment. To improve oversight, officials were instructed to compile a comprehensive database of all CDA-administered assets.

In a move to enhance environmental sustainability, the board approved hiring an urban developer and a carbon credit expert while also discussing the establishment of a carbon credit center at a nursery on Park Road. Additionally, the recruitment of a managing director and three directors for the Islamabad Water Agency was approved.

The board also took measures to address employee financial matters, including action against officers and employees who had taken house-building advances without repayment. The Establishment Division will be consulted for recovery assistance. Other key approvals included hiring a transaction advisor for the Green Frontier Data Center, introducing e-payment gateways for the “My Islamabad” app, and securing consultancy services for restoring Parliament Lodges and Government Hostels.
