CDA launches Spring Plantation Drive

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) launches Spring Plantation Drive with a goal of planting 0.3 million trees across the federal capital while inaugurating Hill Park in Sector G-10/4.

More than 500 tree saplings were planted by the Department of Environment at the inauguration ceremony, promoting environmental protection.

On the other hand, the authorities were directed to install a lighting system and improve the jogging track to facilitate visiting the park. 

The park’s features include swings for children, cycling tracks and walkways. Seasonal flowers of different colors have been planted to keep the environment fresh and green, along with benches so that citizens can enjoy the atmosphere on their visit to the park.
