Under the guidance of CDA Chairman Noor-ul-Amin Mengal, Member Estate Afnan Alam is overseeing the implementation of the self-service system for property transfers. Every property will be assigned a unique code, facilitating easy tracking and tracing. This automated system marks a milestone as Window-to-Window operations are fully integrated within it.

To ensure transparency and accuracy, buyers and sellers will be required to provide their biometric identification. Once this information is collected, the case will undergo processing through the automated system. After verification and approval by the administration and management, a new transfer letter can be issued with a single click through this automated system for property transfers.

It is important to note that the biometric system is integrated with the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), enabling the collection of comprehensive details about property transactions and individuals involved. The implementation of this self-service system aims to curb fraudulent practices and eliminate errors associated with unauthorized or misrepresented plots.

The initiative will be formally launched under the supervision of Mr Afnan Alam, and the system will be operational from July 18th.
