ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to devise a mechanism for increasing interaction with the people by creating teams of residents, traders, and students.
According to the details, the teams will interact with the people from their fraternity and will report back to CDA through their website.
The civic authority will recruit volunteers for the teams who will also extend the support to the management of CDA in carrying out their work.
Similarly, the authority has also developed an app ‘Let’s fix Islamabad’ which will be made operational by the start of August.
A call center will also be made operational which will act as a complaint redressal medium for the citizens.
