To generate additional revenue, the board also approved an increase in fees for the change of trade, sub-division, and amalgamation of industrial plots. These adjustments, the first since 2005, aim to align fees with current market values.

In a bid to streamline operations, the CDA Board authorized the creation of a Project Management Unit. This dedicated team will oversee the implementation of various CDA initiatives. The board further instructed officials to compile a list of industrial plots misused without proper authorization.
