ISLAMABAD: A total of 41 commercial and residential building plans were approved by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) during the last 20 days, generating the sum of Rs80 million.
10 buildings were also issued the certificate of completion by the authority.
In the current year, the Department of Building Control of CDA received a total of 121 plans for approval. Out of 107 residential building plans, 35 were approved.
