The primary focus of the meeting was to review the progress of ongoing projects in Islamabad and discuss future initiatives. Key projects on the agenda included the Jinnah Medical Complex and its adjacent commercial zone, as well as other commercial ventures.

To bolster the efficiency and effectiveness of CDA’s projects, it was decided to engage transaction advisors. These professionals will offer expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the P3A pledged its assistance in preparing feasibility studies and proposals for future endeavors.

Chairman Randhawa expressed his enthusiasm for leveraging P3A’s expertise to launch new projects in Islamabad. He emphasized that P3A’s technical support would be instrumental in attracting investment, particularly for joint venture projects. Such collaborations, he noted, would foster sustainable development and economic growth.

CDA’s commitment to generating a steady income stream for the city was underscored by the chairman. He explained that the Public Private Partnership Authority would play a pivotal role in achieving this goal. The meeting marked a significant milestone in strengthening public-private partnerships in Islamabad, as CDA and P3A unite to drive the city’s growth through well-planned and sustainable projects.
