ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has partnered with the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) to introduce Margalla Enclave, a state-of-the-art residential project aimed at addressing the rising demand for quality housing in Islamabad.
This initiative comes on the heels of Sector C-14’s remarkable success, where all 236 plots were sold out, drawing over 1,500 applicants, including 550 overseas Pakistanis. The Margalla Enclave project will offer residential plots in sizes of 5 marlas, 10 marlas, and 1 kanal, catering to the diverse needs of the community.
The project includes flexible payment plans ranging from 1 to 3 years, ensuring accessibility while delivering high-quality urban living standards.
CDA Chairman Mohammad Ali Randhawa described the collaboration as a “landmark achievement” for Islamabad, highlighting its significance in the city’s developmental growth and its potential as a lucrative investment opportunity. Development in Sector C-14 is already in progress, with plot possession expected upon completion of final payment.
