KARACHI: The founder of Bahria Town, Mr Malik Riaz has launched Pakistan’s biggest low-cost housing project – Bahria Greens in a bid to provide affordable living for low-income families.
The well-planned society, located in close proximity of the commercial hub is set to offer residential plots of 3 marlas or 75 sq. yd for sale.
The price of the 75 square yards plots is Rs16.75 lacs with a down payment of Rs2.95 lacs and an easy installment plan of 4-years. The low budget price plan will require 16 installments, Rs86, 250 every three months, with possession allotted within 3 years.
To further accommodate the low-income families, the project will offer home financing facilities that will help families to build a house without sufficient means easily, after possession.
In addition, a special Overseas Block is also included in the society that will offer investment opportunities to overseas Pakistanis.
