Admission Process at NCBA&E Multan

NCBA&E is open for admissions twice a year for the spring and fall semesters. To apply, students can get an admission form from the Admission Office. The completed form, along with all the required documents, should be submitted to the Admission Office before the last date of admission. Applicants can also apply online on the university’s website.

Once the application process is complete, candidates will be scheduled for a short test of multiple-choice questions and a short essay (for undergraduate, MBA and MCS programs only). To be eligible for admission, candidates must have obtained at least 45% marks in their last certificates of exams.

For M.Phil and Ph.D programs, students are required to contact the Vice Rector of Research, who will interview them and determine their eligibility. Selected candidates’ names will be announced on the university’s website and official Facebook page. After confirmation of admission, candidates are required to follow the university’s registration and payment procedures.

Transfer students from government chartered Higher Education Commission (HEC) -approved institutes are also welcome to transfer their credits to NCBA&E.

Financial Assistance

NCBA&E offers merit-based scholarships for undergraduate (BBA (HONS), BSCS (HONS), BSIT (HONS), B.Sc Statistics, BS Maths (HONS), BS (HONS) Applied Economics and MBA (1.5, 2.5 & 3.5 years) programs only. These are awarded based on the marks obtained in the students’ last certificate of education. At any given time, only the highest scholarship will be awarded.

Scholarships are offered on tuition fees only. The maximum scholarship allowed for MBA executive students is 30% of the tuition fee.
