Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Engineering & Technology (MNS-UET) is a well-known higher education institute situated in Multan, Pakistan. Established in 2012, the university aims to provide quality education to the southern region of Punjab. It is named after the former Prime Minister, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
MNS-UET Multan is one of the top universities in Pakistan and is located on the premises of the Government College of Technology (GCT), Qasimpur Colony, near BCG Chowk on Bahawalpur Road. However, the government of Punjab has purchased 210-acre land near the town Lar on the same road. It is about 21 kilometres away from the current campus, and it is where the construction of a new main campus has been planned.
