TKC currently operates with a total of 100 beds, which include 40 General beds, 10 Semi-Private beds, 10 Private beds, 2 Deluxe beds, 8 Pediatric beds, 13 Emergency Room (ER) beds, and 9 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds. The in-patient ward has a Central Nurse Call System, as well as Central Oxygen and Suction facilities.
The nine-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at TKC is fully equipped with the latest Monitoring System to continuously monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, ECG, temperature, and pulse oximetry. Additionally, the ICU is equipped with Central Suction and Oxygen Supplies, and ventilators are available to provide support for both surgical and medical patients. This advanced infrastructure ensures comprehensive care and monitoring for patients in critical conditions.
The surgical suite at TKC is thoughtfully designed to meet contemporary requirements, featuring four fully operational operating rooms. The facility accommodates a wide range of procedures, including both open and endoscopic/laparoscopic techniques, such as Renal Transplant.
The extensive urological toolkit comprises 2 C-arm image intensifiers, laser equipment for procedures related to stones and the Prostate, laparoscopy sets, and a comprehensive array of upper and lower urinary tract equipment. Furthermore, Emergency hemodialysis services are available in the emergency room and the ICU. TKC was a pioneer in introducing Reverse Osmosis water for hemodialysis in Pakistan.
The executive dialysis unit features eight separate cubicles for patients. Operating in two shifts, eight dialysis machines facilitate single-use Bicarb dialysis.
