According to details, the ACE will scrutinize whether landowners were appropriately compensated through exemptions (offering developed plots in exchange for surrendering their entire land to the government), allotment of plots to the general public, and other related matters.

The areas highlighted in the letter include Allama Iqbal Town, Gulberg, Johar Town, Sabzazar, Garden Town, Upper Mall, Tajpura, and Gujjarpura.

According to an anonymous source, there are reportedly minor issues in areas such as Allama Iqbal Town, Gulberg, Garden Town, and Upper Mall, while the main problem lies in Johar Town, Sabzazar, Tajpura, and Gujjarpura.

Specifically, Sabzazar has encountered issues related to exemptions, allotment, and exchange of plots. The exchange of plots, which involves assigning better plots than the ones originally given, has benefitted many individuals.
