The Sikh community has a rich history in Peshawar, with many families having lived there for generations, despite facing challenges in recent years. The community remains an essential and thriving part of the city’s cultural heritage.

One of the most notable landmarks for the Sikh community in Peshawar is the Gurdwara Bhai Joga Singh, a historic temple located in the city’s centre. The temple has served as a spiritual hub for over a century and is a testament to the area’s rich Sikh history.
